Our team undertake projects ranging from small scale renovations, extensions and barn conversions right through to new builds and large period property restoration. Our in-house team includes; stone masons, bricklayers, plasterers, joiners, plumbers, electricians, general builders and ground workers undertake projects from start to finish along with our network of specialist contractors where needed.
We typically operate as the project manager and main contractor directly for clients on traditional restoration projects offering a complete service solution, from initial concept design and planning through to build work, bespoke interiors and final finish. We also work alongside Architects who share our passion for high quality design, sensitive restoration and natural building materials. Our industry experience, team of skilled tradespeople, professional contacts and trusted supply chain ensure we deliver exacting standards and maximum value.

Who We Are
Established in 2013 by Director Chris Corkery, Fallow Property has undertaken a series of our own private developments and projects, which include; building restoration, refurbishment, extension and new build. Our passion and understanding of traditional building, quality and attention to details has seen our company grow from one to over 15 full time employees as we meet like minded individuals with a shared aim of learning, improving and working together to deliver projects for our clients that will stand the test of time.
In 2022 Tom Richter joined the company as a Director bringing with him over 10 years of project management experience from the live events and engineering industry having worked for a group of pioneering businesses who underwent significant growth during his time with them. Toms passion and commitment for business, efficiency and team building continues to drive the company forward as we continue to strive to offer exceptional services and explore opportunities that improve our team’s well being and skills. We are also commitment to researching sustainable building materials and practices and we move towards net zero.
