Architectural Design

We are able to offer Architectural design services for select projects in house where special traditional or conservation led design services are required. We also work with a number or Architects who we might introduce to a project on behalf of a client depending on the project requirements.

We have found our knowledge of modern construction and restoration techniques/materials along with understanding the feasibility and costs associated with a potential project make us well placed to inform the design to ensure the most efficient design for the desired budget.

Planning & Listed Building Consent

We have considerable experience working with planners and conservation officers. We understand the rules and regulations around Listed Buildings and and well-versed in working with local authorities to ensure the design and build of your property runs smoothly.

Bespoke Interiors & Final Finishing

Over the years we have grown and developed our network of suppliers covering everything from bespoke kitchens and bathrooms to flooring and soft furnishings. Should you want us to, we are able to provide a full design service achieving the final interior look you desire.
